Respite Retreat Rainbow Bay May 2020
A five day respite retreat to relax, learn, meet new friends, and have some fun with other partners that are caring for a veteran with PTSD. A maximum cost of $250 pp in shared accommodation or $450 in single accommodation. A non refundable deposit of $50 shared and $100 Single is required.

About the event
A 5 day respite retreat for the partners of incapacitated veterans. During the retreat you might experience various forms of relaxation, and therapies to assist you cope with life caring for an ill or injured loved one. These may include healing sound showers, laughing yoga, e-motion yoga, trauma recovery exercises, belly dancing, pole dancing, beach walks, Glamour Photo shoots, games and lots of laughter. We also have an information day where we have representatives from various groups including RSL QLD and DVA join us for some information sharing. The program will be released and emailed to you prior to the event. Major Sponsor for this retreat is RSL Queensland State Branch.

Each ticket is a bed in a room. If you require a single room you will need to book 2 tickets. We have 18 rooms reserved and after these are full we have no guarantee of additional rooms being available and they will be at a higher cost. Please inform us if you have a room buddy so we ensure you are together.
